Este trabalho analisa as reuniões de coordenação conduzidas pelo representante do
Sistema de Investigação e Prevenção de Acidentes Aeronáuticos (SIPAER), para atendimento
a uma ocorrência aeronáutica nos anos de 2020 a 2022, na área de jurisdição do Sétimo Serviço Regional de Investigação e Prevenção de Acidentes Aeronáuticos (SERIPA VII), como uma ferramenta de comunicação das legislações aeronáuticas aos agentes locais com
responsabilidades em acidentes aeronáuticos. Nessas reuniões, são apresentadas as normas que regem a investigação de acidentes aeronáuticos no Brasil, além de experiências passadas. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio dos formulários de "ficha de crítica" das reuniões,
utilizados pelo SERIPA VII, nos anos supramencionados. Esses formulários objetivavam
coletar a percepção dos participantes da reunião quanto às informações passadas acerca das
suas atribuições e das necessidades de atuações coordenadas, as quais constam nas legislações vigentes. Não obstante, a comunicação desempenha um papel fundamental como ferramenta de gestão do conhecimento em qualquer organização, permitindo a troca de informações, ideias, experiências e conhecimentos entre os membros de equipes, promovendo a colaboração e o compartilhamento de conhecimento de forma eficaz. Os resultados apresentados neste artigo foram obtidos por meio da metodologia estatística por análise quantitativa, utilizando as técnicas de investigação documental e bibliográfica. This work analyzes the coordination meetings conducted by the representative of the
Aeronautical Accident Investigation and Prevention System (SIPAER), to respond to an
aeronautical occurrence in the years 2020 to 2022, in the area of jurisdiction of the Seventh
Regional Accident Investigation and Prevention Service Aeronautics (SERIPA VII), as a tool
for communicating aeronautical legislation to local agents with responsibilities in aeronautical accidents. At these meetings, the rules governing the investigation of aviation accidents in Brazil are presented, as well as past experiences. Data collection was carried out using the "criticism form" forms of the meetings, used by SERIPA VII, in the years mentioned above. These forms aimed to collect the perception of meeting participants regarding the information provided about their duties and the needs for coordinated actions, which are contained in current legislation. Nevertheless, communication plays a fundamental role as a knowledge management tool in any organization, allowing the exchange of information, ideas, experiences and knowledge between team members, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing effectively. The results presented in this article were obtained through statistical methodology through quantitative analysis, using documentary and bibliographic research techniques. The result of this study presents the importance and contribution of communication as a tool for disseminating information, which generates knowledge for agents, who have initial action responsibilities and, consequently, for the organizations to which they belong.
