O objetivo geral do presente artigo é analisar a influência das mudanças decorrentes da reestruturação da FAB, no período de 2017 a 2021, no apoio logístico ao emprego do poder aeroespacial do COMAER. Para tanto, foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa documental, bibliográfica e de campo. Primeiramente, foi levantado o que mudou como projeto piloto, em 2017, caracterizado pela criação dos GAP, das ALA, do COMPREP e do COMAE, em substituição às Bases, FAE, COMGAR e COMDABRA. Em seguida, houve o aprimoramento da reestruturação em duas fases, em 2020 e 2021, com a reativação dos antigos COMAR e Bases, de forma remodelada e a absorção de alguns GAP, resgatando a referência/ representatividade regional do COMAER e separando as atividades operacionais e administrativas das OM da FAB. Visando delimitar a pesquisa, foram definidos os termos "apoio logístico" e "emprego do poder aeroespacial", bem como as OM responsáveis por cada atividade: COMAE (Emprego da Força); DECEA (Emprego da Força e suporte logístico ao SISCEAB); e COMGAP (Logística de material e bélico da FAB), de modo a possibilitar a comparação destas com as mudanças decorrentes da reestruturação da FAB. A pesquisa se baseou nos seguintes autores: Kotter (1997), Bilhim (2006), Oliveira (2013) e Sinek (2018), referência na área de Gestão da Mudança. A conclusão da pesquisa foi sobre a influência direta da reestruturação no COMAE e no COMGAP, com alterações de ordem estrutural e funcional; e indireta no DECEA, com alteração funcional, incluindo a percepção majoritariamente negativa do público interno acerca da reestruturação da FAB Ver menos

Abstract: The general goal of the present article is to identify the influence of the changes resulting from the restructuring of the Brazilian Aeronautical Force (FAB), from 2017 to 2021, in the logistical support for the use of the aerospace power of Brazilian Aeronautical Command (COMAER). For that, a documental, bibliographical and field research was developed. The first action was to find out what changed with the pilot project in 2017. It was known by the creation of the GAP, ALA, COMPREP and COMAE, instead of the old model of Bases, FAE, COMGAR and COMDABRA. Then, there was the improvement of the restructuring in two phases, in 2020 and 2021, which brought the reactivation of the old COMAR and Bases, in a remodeled way and the absorption of some Administrative Support Group (GAP), rescuing the reference/regional representativeness of COMAER, apparting operational and administrative activities of the FAB Organizations. In order to delimit the research, the terms "logistic support" and "use of aerospace power" were defined, as well as the organizations responsible for each activity: COMAE (use of the aerospace power); DECEA (Use of the aerospace power and logistical support to SISCEAB); and COMGAP (Brazilian Aeronautical Material and war Logistics), in order to make it possible to compare these with the FAB restructuring. The research was based on the following authors: Kotter (1997), Bilhim (2006), Oliveira (2013) and Sinek (2018), as a reference in Change Management area. The conclusion of the research was about the direct influence of restructuring on COMAE and COMGAP, with structural and functional changes; and indirect in DECEA, with functional change, including the mostly negative perception of the internal public about the restructuring of FAB Ver menos
