Este estudo abordou a aprimoramento de técnicas e táticas da Infantaria da Aeronáutica (INFAER) em face da participação na Missão das Nações Unidas para Estabilização do Haiti (MINUSTAH), entre os anos de 2011 e 2017. O objetivo do estudo buscou verificar em que medida a participação da INFAER na MINUSTAH influenciou o aprimoramento de táticas, técnicas e processos da INFAER, na Tarefa de Proteção da Força, umas das atribuições da Força Aérea Brasileira (FAB) que podem ser executadas pela INFAER. Foi realizada uma investigação da atuação de militares de INFAER na MINUSTAH e a sua contribuição para o aprimoramento de técnicas e táticas, face à Gestão do Conhecimento (GC), teoria proposta por Nonaka e Takeuchi, e a cadeia cíclica envolvida no processo de aquisição e transmissão de conhecimentos, para aproveitamento em âmbito institucional. A metodologia utilizada foi bibliográfica e documental, utilizando-se de regulamentos e manuais de órgãos governamentais, notadamente os do Ministério da Defesa (MD) e da própria FAB, bem como um levantamento, mediante a aplicação de questionário aos participantes da Missão. Os dados demonstraram que a participação da INFAER na MINUSTAH trouxe os aprimoramentos por meio da internalização de conhecimentos, porém concentrados nas OM dos participantes da Missão, estagnando e prejudicando o ciclo da GC no âmbito da FAB. Este resultado é relevante porque explica como é necessário utilizar conhecimentos novos adquiridos pelos integrantes da instituição, e transformá-los, interativamente, em conhecimentos de toda a instituição, mediante a confecção de um Manual, passível de ampla difusão, e de constante atualização. Abstract: This study addressed the improvement of techniques and tactics of the Air Force Infantry (INFAER) in view of their participation in the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH), between the years 2011 and 2017. The objective of the study sought to verify the extent to which INFAER's participation in MINUSTAH influenced the improvement of INFAER's tactics, techniques and processes, in the Force Protection Task, one of the attributions of the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) that can be performed by INFAER. An investigation was carried out on the performance of INFAER military at MINUSTAH and their contribution to the improvement of techniques and tactics, given the Knowledge Management (KM), theory proposed by Nonaka and Takeuchi, and the cyclical chain involved in the acquisition process and transmission of knowledge, for use at the institutional level. The methodology used was bibliographic and documentary, using regulations and manuals from government agencies, notably those of the Ministry of Defense (MD) and the FAB itself, as well as a survey, through the application of a questionnaire to the participants of the Mission. The data showed that INFAER's participation in MINUSTAH brought improvements through the internalization of knowledge, but concentrated in the OM of the Mission participants, stagnating and harming the GC cycle within the FAB. This result is relevant because it explains how it is necessary to use new knowledge acquired by the members of the institution, and transform it, interactively, into knowledge of the entire institution, through the preparation of a Manual, which can be widely disseminated and constantly updated.
