Com a evolução e o dinamismo do Poder Aeroespacial, as organizações da Força Aérea Brasileira (FAB) têm investido principalmente, no desenvolvimento e na capacitação do seu efetivo, visando alcançar melhores resultados e o aprimoramento das estruturas organizacionais. Neste contexto, a presente pesquisa estabeleceu como objetivo geral identificar de que maneira a metodologia de gestão de pessoal influenciou a motivação dos controladores de tráfego aéreo, que participaram da reestruturação operacional do SRPV-SP, nos anos de 2018 e 2019. A introdução ressaltou a importância do Controle de Tráfego Aéreo, frente ao reconhecimento da estrutura do Poder Aeroespacial Brasileiro, na Organização da Aviação Civil Internacional (OACI). O referencial teórico que balizou o trabalho foi a Teoria dos Dois Fatores de Frederick Herzberg, junto com uma pesquisa bibliográfica, abordando as principais conceituações das variáveis da pesquisa, sendo complementado por uma pesquisa de campo com os controladores de voo. A análise sobre os conhecimentos levantados identificou a comunicação efetiva e a qualidade dos resultados obtidos como os principais aspectos motivacionais do efetivo, após a implantação da gestão de pessoal houve uma variação de 20% para 52% de militares motivados, representando um aumento motivacional de 160% sendo comprovada pela afinidade com o levantamento conceitual e pelos aspectos intrínsecos a motivação na teoria de Herzberg. Abstract: With the evolution and dynamism of the Aerospace Power, the organizations of the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) have invested mainly in the development and training of its personnel, aiming at achieving better results and improving organizational structures. In this context, this research established as a general objective to identify how the human resources management methodology influenced the motivation of air traffic controllers, who participated in the operational restructuring of the SRPV-SP, in the years 2018 and 2019. The introduction highlighted the importance of Air Traffic Control, given the recognition of the structure of the Brazilian Aerospace Power, in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). The theoretical reference that guided the work was Frederick Herzberg's Theory of Two Factors, along with a bibliographical research, approaching the main concepts of the research variables, being complemented by a field research, with the flight controllers. The analysis of the knowledge collected identified effective communication and the quality of the results obtained as the main motivational aspects of the staff, after the implementation of human resources management there was a variation from 20% to 52% of motivated soldiers, representing a motivational increase of 160 %, being proven by the affinity with the conceptual survey and the intrinsic aspects of motivation, in Herzberg's theory.
