O presente artigo foi elaborado com o objetivo de analisar a influência do fluxo de carreira dos Gerentes Logísticos de Projetos Aeronáuticos da FAB na disponibilidade da frota, no período de 2019 e 2020. A pesquisa possui característica descritiva, pois verificou a existência de associação entre as variáveis fluxo de carreira e disponibilidade, identificando os tipos de conhecimento (tácito e explícito) e a Teoria da Espiral do Conhecimento. O método utilizado para a obtenção das informações foi o estudo documental nas legislações da FAB e os disponíveis sobre Gestão do Conhecimento, que proporcionou o embasamento teórico com os autores Silva, Carbone e, principalmente, Nonaka e Takeuchi, com a Teoria da Espiral do Conhecimento. Os dados foram coletados por questionário, tratados e analisados com base no referencial teórico, para identificar uma correlação entre as variáveis citadas acima. Os resultados mostraram que o COMGAP, na implementação da gerência logística, iniciou o processo de construção do conhecimento com a troca de atividades conjuntas, utilizando-se da experiência técnica anterior de cada militar, verificado com a análise que a maioria destes possuíam cursos e eram oriundos da área logística, o que proporcionou um aumento na disponibilidade. A conclusão do trabalho evidencia que a criação do conhecimento é um processo dinâmico, iniciado no indivíduo, absorvido pela organização e retornando em aprendizado para os novos integrantes. A implicação deste resultado contribui em melhor ciclo de transferência de militares da área logística, visando processos mais eficientes, buscando sempre o aumento da disponibilidade operacional das aeronaves Ver menos

Abstract: This article was prepared with the aim of analyzing the influence of the career flow of FAB's Aeronautical Project Logistics Managers on fleet availability, in the period 2019 and 2020. The research has a descriptive characteristic, as it verified the existence of an association between the career flow and availability variables, identifying the types of knowledge (tacit and explicit) and the Spiral of Knowledge Theory. The method used to obtain the information was the documental study in the BAF legislation and those available on Knowledge Management, which provided the theoretical basis with the authors Silva, Carbone and, mainly, Nonaka and Takeuchi, with the Theory of the Spi-ral of Knowledge. Data were collected through a questionnaire, treated and analyzed based on the theoretical framework, to identify a correlation between the variables mentioned above. The results showed that COMGAP, in the implementation of logistic management, started the process of knowledge construction with the exchange of joint activities, using the previous technical experience of each military, verified with the analysis that most of them had courses and were from the logistics area, which provi-ded an increase in availability. The conclusion of the work shows that the creation of knowledge is a dynamic process, starting with the individual, absorbed by the organi-zation and returning in learning for the new members.
